Presidential Result: Group Cautions Against Inflammatory Statements




The Youth Say Yes Organisation has cautioned against inflammatory statements from both  the Peoples Democratic Party PDP and the All Progressives Congress APC. The group in a press statement signed by its National Convener Comrade Nwokoma Messiah said the result of the Presidential elections must not be hijacked by hawks in both party.
The group said the President must be congratulated for showing strong statesmanship despite losing out. It congratulated the President elect Gen. Muhammadu Buhari describing him as an epitome of perseverance who must be encouraged to fight the scourges militating against the progress of the country. The Youth Say Yes Organisation said it will sensitise Nigerians against dividing the country along ethnic or religious sentiments due to what transpired in the Presidential elections of March 28th 2015. “We must all come together to forge a greater Nigeria devoid of divisive comments” the statement added.
