APC Using Foreign Interests To Distabilise Nigeria- NDRO

The Niger Delta Renaissance Organisation has accused the All Progressive Congress APC of using foreign interests to distabilise the country. The group said it is regrettable that the party in its inordinate bid to wrestle power from the ruling People’s Democratic Party PDP has resorted to using countries that are not comfortable with Nigeria’s rising profile in the continent to distabilise the country’s fight against insurgency.
The group in a press statement signed by its National Coordinator Comrade Nwokoma Messiah accused the South African President of trying to appease his friend Atiku Abubakar who is a presidential aspirant under the All Progressive Congress APC. The statement said it is appalling that the South African government failed to use all diplomatic channels to resolve the issue considering the fact that the issue has strong implications in the country’s fight against terrorism.
The NDRO cautioned Nigerians to beware of the APC which it said was working against the interest of Nigeria. “What has the APC said when Nigerians are being maltreated daily by South Africans. This administration is the only administration that has tackled the maltreatment of Nigerians by South Africans” the group said.
The statement said the group will mobilise Nigerians against South African economic interests in the county if the South African government fails to stop the embarrassment of the Federal Government. It said it will continue to support the federal government’s fight against terrorism stressing that any party that is seen to be sympathetic to terrorist groups in the country must be rejected come 2015.
It will be recalled that the South African government recently seized 5.7 million dollars meant for arms purchase against Boko Haram terrorists. The South African Government had earlier seized 9.3 million dollars which was been transported in the Private jet of Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor the President of the Christian Association of Nigerian CAN.

DEFECTIONS: Why Saraki, Dogara Others Must Heed Sen. Ibrahim's Call by Comrade Nwokoma Ndubuisi M.

The gale of defections in the National Assembly last week was followed by an advice from no one else than Sen. Abu Ibrahim that the Senate President Dr. Bukola Saraki as well as the Speaker of the House of Representatives Yakubu Dogara and others in the fold of the All Progressives Congress APC that are still masquerading in the party should resign their membership of the party. This call which also implies that they resign their positions as leaders of the various arms of the National Assembly is yet to be complied with by those concerned as at the time of writing this piece Whatever their reasons for still staying put in the party may be, the fact of the matter is that their continued stay in the party has become a sore which must be extricated from the body.  As I watched through the proceedings of the defections on national television, I wept for the country for producing such leaders that lack morality despite all the party has given them politically which they ordin...
