As the Corona virus pandemic continues to ravage the globe leading to various policies put in place to prevent its widespread, the Civil Society Response Team in Nigeria has hailed the Nasarawa Police Command for the efficient ways it has employed in helping the government enforce its policies leading to the low incidence of the Corona virus in the state. The Response team which is partnering with United Nations Children and Education Fund (UNICEF), World Health Organisation WHO and the National Centre For Disease Control NCDC to kickstart the community to community sensitization campaign in some local government areas in Nasarawa state said the enforcement of the global protocol on the prevention of the spread of the pandemic is important as the virus continues to soar high.
